What is My Account? How do I update my information there?

It is easy to update you’re MY ACCOUNT and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’. My Account allows you complete control over your transactions. Manage/edit your data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password, track the status of your orders, place re-orders and wish lists.

 

ORDER STATUS RELATED

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, Uniglobal confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.

You will receive an email and SMS containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, and the expected dispatch or delivery time.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the My Account section

On the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders, if you are a guest login then you can get details of your order status from quick links.

 

PAYMENT RELATED

How do I pay for a Uniglobal purchase?

You may use Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking, and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.

What is cash on delivery?

If you do not wish to pay in advance, you can opt for the cash on delivery option and pay when the product is delivered to you in cash.

I tried placing my order from debit/ credit card/ Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the deducted payment?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 7working days of your request. The receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 2-4 business days

Debit Card 5-7 business days

Credit Card 7-21 business days

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

 

DELIVERY RELATED

How do you ship your orders? Do you ship to international locations?

We ship our orders by ground couriers. Currently, we do not ship to international locations.

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

It takes 5-7 working days depending upon location.

3-5 working days for Metro cities

5-7 working days for the rest of the country

How long do you take to dispatch an order?

The order is generally dispatched in 1-2 working days.

What are the shipping charges on Uniglobal.org?

Shipping is free on Uniglobal.org

 

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION RELATED

What is Uniglobal’s Cancellation Policy?

The order can be canceled if not shipped. You can cancel your order through MY ACCOUNT.

Can I change the shipping address of my order once it has been placed?

Kindly write an email to care@uniglobal.org with your order number and changed shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

Your order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped, go to MY ACCOUNT, and cancel under MY ORDERS.

When will I receive the refund after canceling the order?

In 2-7 working days

 

RETURN AND REFUNDS RELATED

What is the general return policy?

Uniglobal follows a 14 days return policy. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery, please send us pictures of the packaging and product(s) at care@uniglobal.org. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery, we will deposit it back into your bank.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing products in my order?

If you receive a damaged, wrong product or have missing items in your order please write to care@uniglobal.org and our team will get back to you in 48-72 hours.

How do I return an item?

If you have an account, go to the My Account Section, click on My Orders select the order to be returned and fill in the details. If you are a guest login user check the footer of the homepage, click on return requests and fill in the details.

How will my payment be refunded after cancellation?

Your payment will be refunded in 3-7 working days. In the case of C.O.D, it will be credited into your bank A/C.
